I just had the most aptly funny naked-NPC glitch I have seen in a Skyrim playthrough.

I wandered into the Bannered Mare looking for Brenuin so I could offer the guy a job. And here's a dude sitting there in boots and a loincloth. He was staring at me expectantly so I went over to check and...yep, it's Sam Guevenne. IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN.

And this time he was definitely 'dressed' for the occasion...
