ChileSalud.com

Hello everyone, this is an excellent domain for a StartUp in Health targeting the Chilean market.

I've been looking to develop this idea but have a couple of projects in the works so decided to list the domain.

If there's any investors interested in funding this please let me know, I've got an MVP up and running.

All the best

Looking for Startup Financing with Collateral

Hey there, I'm based in Peru, looking for pre-seed capital for my startup, I can put as collateral the domain (premium high value, one word .com) as well as a river stone quarry valued at $350k.

Looking for serious private lenders / investors with an open mind to either lend for a fixed % interest per year o equity deal agreement looking towards an exit in the next round.

Thanks!

Looking for Advice / Connections: New LLC Funding

Hey everyone,

I’m currently working on funding a new LLC and exploring options for a $150k–$200k pre-seed raise.

The structure could potentially be a SAFE or a fixed annual return around 10%, with an 18-month lock-up period. There may also be collateral available through digital assets or a quarry asset valued above $350k.

I’m mainly looking to connect with people who have experience with private lending, angel investing, secured funding, or early-stage capital structures.

Any feedback, suggestions, or relevant contacts would be appreciated.

Plumbers: what builds trust before the phone rings?

Something I’ve noticed with plumbing companies is that many good plumbers still get most of their work through referrals, word of mouth and google my business.

That makes sense. But when a homeowner, property manager, contractor, or business owner looks you up before calling, the first impression can matter.

I’m curious what people in plumbing think actually builds credibility online.

Is it reviews? Emergency availability? Clear service areas? Project photos? License and insurance info? A simple website? A clean Google Business profile?

What makes a plumber look professional before anyone even speaks to them, and what feels unnecessary or overdone?
