Any runners or running clubs around Kellybegs direction?

I'm heading off this weekend, and I could go to a parkrun (closest would be narin beach 45mins away) - but, I'm kinda wanting to not have to travel 45 mins and back lol.

Wondering, would clubs that direction mind a tag along for the day?

Car camping spots

Hey, I'm going to co. Donegal this weekend.

I'm wondering, those who car camp - do you find car parks in the towns better for camping, or do you find going to forest or beach car parks better?

Car camped for the first time in Newcastle last week, and was just at a layby of sorts in a forest, and I loved it. It felt secure too.

Rathlin island - wild camping

Looking to see how about asking local landowners for their permission to wild camping on their land.

Was trying to find the contact emails for the few businesses I know there - but they do t have them unfortunately.

Has anyone done this before? - would I be best to contact the visitor centre?

What is the secret to doing your toilet business outside?

Never done this before. My main concern is I have IBS, so, it's a tricky thing to navigate - so I can't just hold it in you know.

So, what do you do?

Try to hide behind a tree and squat into a hole you dug?

Get a portable toilet?

Do you use bags?

Wipes or toilet roll?

What are the current opening times for the Newcastle public toilets?

The current website isn't up to date - and god knows if they are "under maintenance" like a McDonald's mcflurry machine

I've an elderly German shepherd, and he didn't mean to, but he puked bad in the back seat.

It's stained, and the stench is horrific.

Tried cleaning it myself, but it's tough.

I'm half hoping I can do it myself, but i want to do it right, before I let anyone anywhere close to my car for road trips

Anyone have any ideas?

Or do you think it's better forking out £65-£80 on an interior valet to fix that god awful smell

I completed my first ever marathon on Sunday, and genuinely, I thought I was going to cry after reaching my farthest distance at 21 miles - as I knew the training actually did pay off. (Despite injuries and set backs during my peak training period).

The best part was seeing my family at a volunteer station, it was honestly so motivating seeing them there, and also knowing they enjoyed helping out.

In the end, I completed it in an official time of 4:55:51.

Want to say thanks to this forum. - I used a lot of the advice here, especially early on. It was really helpful with nutrition and mental attitudes.
