VP and Hike question
I m in AIOC. CL9. Promoted Dec 2025.
I had a call with PL and he said maybe you won't get any hike or VP this June. I can understand hike but VP is part of my salary structure (0-21%). What are your opinions?
In AIOC, do we get VP once a year for L9 ?
