One of my images was removed for copyright and I submitted a counter notification. It has been over 14 business days since my counter was processed and I have received no communication and my content has not been restored. Does anyone know to follow up on this?

I recently transferred to UH and submitted petitions for EE courses in late December but it is now May and pending petitions are hindering me from enrolling in courses for next semester, does anyone know what I can do?
