I lived with chronic constipation my whole life largely contributed by my picky eating habits. I take my laxative rarely because it’s just easier to live with constipation but senna works wonders. I recently made the discovery that geek bars only take one hit and I need to shit and it’s really beautiful but I was wondering if there is a similar non nicotine solution out there for me. I wish I was lying.

Does anyone else feel this too
