Early 99 7.3 powerstroke coolant in oil but not the reservoir

Just a few weeks ago I drove 3 miles to the grocery store and my truck randomly started smoking blue smoke under full throttle. I assumed it blew an injector o ring, but when driving back home real quick it started smoking thicker blue smoke even at low rpm. Once I got home I popped the hood and it was obviously down a cylinder and had alot of blowby. When I pulled the dip stick the oil has a slight green tint, my first thought was diesel, but my coolant level had dropped a little. I'm pretty sure it's coolant just based of the milky sludge.

My thought process is the injector cup or cups have failed since I just replaced the injectors less than 3000 miles ago. I also know the oil cooler is another common failure or the head gasket but unlikely.

I would love to hear what anyone else thinks since the coolant is only making it into the engine oil and not the coolant reservoir.

EDIT: Just wanted to say thanks for the feedback and help. It really points to the front timing cover for why coolant is making into the oil.

My main concern now is why the blowby, since my coolant reservoir is spotless? Thats making me to believe the piston rings probably wore out from the dilution from the timing cover leak possibly. Could it be that the oil level is higher than it should be causing "blowby" temporarily? Is it possible just the copper crush washer failed on an injector before blowing out the orings? Im only asking because of how short the drive was and how quickly this all happened. Please leave your feedback, it's greatly appreciated!
