Lost access to Genshin account after deleted Twitter/X login.
I lost access to my old Genshin Impact account after my Twitter/X account connected to it was suddenly deleted. I still don’t fully understand why it got deleted because my passwords, email access, and account information were never shared with anyone else.
I contacted HoYoverse support multiple times and provided everything I possibly could. I described my gameplay history in detail, the characters and weapons I pulled, who I used to play co-op with, approximate dates of important events and banners, and old account details.
I even requested official transaction archives from my bank with my Genshin purchases dating back to 2020 just to prove ownership, but my recovery requests still keep getting rejected.
At this point I feel completely hopeless because this account meant a lot to me and had years of progress and memories on it.
Has anyone ever successfully recovered an account in a similar situation after losing access to Twitter/X login? Any advice or shared experiences would really help.
