Husband and I had our account banned. The ban was overturned but account is still banned.
Sending this message from alternative account due to being banned.
Husband and I have a shared account which was banned by the assistance of automation. After appeal, the ban was overturned three hours ago but the app is still displaying the red ban notification and will not allow any activity.
I can PM one of the mods the username if anyone can assist
