
I feel like this seller is trying to guilt trip me
(Picture is what they replied with). So my shipping was delayed like four times, and I wanted to give an honest review instead of being a pushover. I myself struggle with severe health issues, but I always make sure to let my buyers know if anything happens.
So as for the delays, first there was no explanation, then it was there were more expensive packages than mine purchased, then it was health issues, then it was rain and "USPS 's fault". Here's the review I left:
Overall, I'm happy with the product I received. One of the pins and the keychain is very pixelated, however, and the CD's design is a little hard to see (there might be a plastic wrapping I need to take off though, I'm not sure yet.) Shipping, however, was an absolute nightmare. My order was set back several times and the communication from the seller wasn't very good. I ordered the product on April 12th and received it on May 16th. I was informed that the product would not be made until the 20th, so I expected it a bit more around the beginning of May. To my understanding, I know that the shop owner has medical issues, but I was not informed of that beforehand. However, I was told beforehand that the shipping label would be created early. If you are like me and prefer good communication, I wouldn't recommend this shop.
I left 3 stars overall, I left 1 on shipping, 4 on product quality, and 3 on customer service because Cici was quite rude, but she did apologize, but still quite rude. Maybe I was rude? I don't know.
EDIT: im tired of fighting for my life in these comments lwk so lemme explain some things.
The only reason I knew when the package would be made was from the product description, not the actual seller. So technically they never actually updated me without me having to reach out first, despite their promises to do so.
I'm also disabled and run my own shop. It's not too big, it only gives me a couple hundred bucks a month, but I still get all orders out on time and give updates BEFORE hand, even if it's a freaking weather problem that happens during shipping that I can't control.
