Alguém tem uma dica do que fazer quando vocês mesmo está se sabotando nos estudos? Tenho ciência da importância do inglês na minha pois ele abrirá portas no futuro mas mesmo assim acabo me desanimando;

How do I stop tearing pages out of my bullet journal?

Hi there. I’ve been bullet journaling for a few years now. Last year, due to a lack of space, I had to throw away all my old bullet journals. However, I’ve struggled to keep one going since then because I keep tearing out used pages and starting the journal over from scratch. I already have two 400-page notebooks that have lost half their pages because of this.

I’ve noticed that the urge to tear out pages strikes when I’m unhappy with the direction my life is taking. I suffer from anxiety and have a terrible habit of trying to do too many things at once. When I set up a goals collection, I end up picking five personal goals and five professional ones to tackle simultaneously. When I realize I’m not making progress on one of them, I get an uncontrollable urge to rip out the pages.

Does anyone have any tips?

I am a data analyst/analytics engineer and I would like to work in China. I would appreciate any advice on how to prepare.

Hi everyone. I’m a 37-year-old Brazilian data analyst, though my role is more akin to that of an analytics engineer. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and am currently pursuing a second degree in Computer Science; neither institution is particularly prestigious. I have a year and a half of experience in my current position, and I am currently learning English while studying for GCP and AWS Data Engineer certifications. I would like to live and work in China in a few years, so I’d like to know how I can start preparing now to apply for jobs there. What should I specialize in, or what should I start studying now, to land a position?

I bought 13 A5 notebooks to use for bullet journaling, and now I don't know what to do with them.

Hi, I’m finishing up the book *The Bullet Journal Method*, and on impulse, I ended up buying about 13 different A5 notebooks: six have 160 pages, two have 192 pages, one has 252 pages, three have 365 pages, and one has 400 pages. I’d love some advice on what to do with so many notebooks. Does anyone have any ideas?
