Out of all the venerables, the rest could never compare to my majesty Great Love (sorry Limitless, ts ain't your turn✌️). It pmo how some don't realize and appreciate enough how damn crazy successful this man is, starting from his previous 500 years of first cultivator life to his venerable ascension and just low balls his achievements compared to the other venerables, so let me refresh y'all (who even is bro😂🤣✌️).

Fang Yuan lived his first life in the Gu world for 500 years, managed to become an immortal under HW's suppresion, and still had the capacity to fight rank 7's as a blood path rank 6. Used SAC and resetted, made his way up the ranks faster with his 500 years of experience (stop dragging it unc✌️), faced serious pitfalls several times (BNB had his ahh💔) and became a zombie rank 6 immortal. Then came zombie arc (oh nooo not the zombie arc😰😢🥺), and the ending was him snatching a rank 9 Gu after some back and forth (of which even HC and HW couldn't predict😂). Vol 5 was perseverance, true person, peaks! Even his feats peaked, with the most notable one being the destruction of Fate Gu (with a liiiiittle bit of assistance of course😁). Then finally Vol 6, where he ascended to a true adam and became the eleventh sun (tuff asl ngl, should've been a canon epithet in the novel) and the most brightest one at that too✌️🔥. Now for the classical rebuttals of the bootlickers of the previous crusty venerables...

"He was carried by the arrangements of most of the venerables, so what if he became one after Fate Gu was destroyed?" Son screen😭✌️ Absolutely NO ONE ELSE could've pulled it off except for him back then, at that specific era, in those specific sequential events, in those specific environments.

Plot armor? Heaven's Will helping him? 😭😭😭 He was being used and tossed around by HW ffs, he was only able to prevail because of SAC being guided by HW? If it were literally anyone else as the chosen otherworldly demon just like him, they still wouldn't have had an OUNCE of qualification to become THE pawn of HW against a literal venerable, one of the contigencies to be used for a literal fucking deity who was the overlord of a slaughterhouse era, and how did that end? Motherfucker stole that W and had it in the bag under the noses of the powerhouses in the world of immortals😭

I'm not saying he achieved everything leading up to his ascension to venerable status by himself without external help and solely his own effort, I'm saying and boldly claiming that every single past venerable did NOT have the same amount of external pressure Fang Yuan endured in a relatively minuscule amount of time.

Oh and don't give me that "every single venerable became venerables for a reason, they all have qualifications and bearings of a venerable in their own ways" Dogshit Gu, it does not change the fact that a relatively and practically infantile individual who hasn't even reached a millenium in age MINIMUM was out here using these millions of years old crusty 'old monsters' as shoulders of giants for him to get stronger in a blink of an eye.

Let me remind you, these venerables are at their prime at the pinnacle of the Gu world when they set these arrangements and schemes for millions to hundreds of thousands of years ahead, and Fang Yuan managed to slip his way through AND schemed again and again successfully REGARDLESS.

What's the next excuse, you're telling me now that they're not "all-knowing"? Xing Su, the Star Constellation Immortal Venerable, THE once pinnacle of wisdom path which is ultimately the dao of knowledge and deduction, was still conned during the tripartite in Vol 6. By a newly ascended venerable, no less. "He was using Spectral and Giant Sun's assistance" yeah pack it up, one is a mindless killing puppet lost in the sauce in the 'Spectral Heaven' and the other is crusty pedophile who is still a bum despite founding 2 unique and broken paths in the series, of course Fang Yuan was able to utilize these washed ahh immemorial crusts😂.

This insignificant character wasn't and still isn't the strongest, and he isn't the smartest, nor is he the most blessed and endowed with fortuitous encounters (of course he isn't blessed with them, he snatches them with his own grubby hands🤑), and that's what solidifies his status as THE GOAT. He dogwalked war gods with min-maxxed builds, he one-upped wisdom gods with cards up his sleeves, until he became a real one himself, the Great Love Immortal Venerable and Heaven Refining Demon Venerable, the one and yours truly, Gu Yue Fang Yuan!!!!! Saw sum tiktok comment talking about how in comparison to other literary works like Brothers Karamazov and whatnot, Fang Yuan's philosophy may be unique, but it just isn't realistic. Of all the things "critique" (larp criticism as usual), bro chose FY's philosophy😂

First of all, larpers will obviously fail to understand the "zhenren" as it was intended in a level where it is deeply ingrained in FY's personality. It isn't as simple as a kind of freedom, unshackled by societal expectations, moral standards, and collectivism. Everyone (including you and me) will inevitably place our concerns on what the world, our environment, or simply the people around us would think if we did something that is considered unorthodox or simply "controversial". Being completely absolved of such takes a long, and I mean REALLY long time, just like how FY lived for centuries before he was somewhat considered as truly free from these shackles, becoming a blank canvas where he is also the painter, one who is untainted by the ideals of the world, becoming a true person (zhenren). That in itself is already a commendable feat as a human, and I'm not trying to exaggerate, because humans are inherently social beings (usual quote, idk where it really came from), and unless you possess dark triad traits (psychopathy, narcissism, machiavellianism) from birth, that will take time and effort to achieve.

Second, FY's degree of being true to himself and uniqueness of his goals can be considered as unrealistic, because OBVIOUSLY HE DEVELOPED SUCH A PHILOSOPHY NOT IN THE REAL WORLD. I cannot stress this enough. His philosophy truly shines in the Gu world because it is straight up a dog-eat-dog world. Of course, one can also apply zhenren in the real world, but not to the level FY can in the Gu world, because unlike the Gu world, the real world does not require transcending mortal shackles and becoming less of quite literally a sacrificial pig for higher lifeforms💀. Non-readers and larpers keeps on mistaking the true core of zhenren, which is AGAIN as simple as being true to oneself and unhindered and untainted by the ideals of others, and the degree and uniqueness of FY's zhenren, being true to yourself is something different for every unique individual, AND FOR THOSE WHO DOESN'T HAVE COMMON SENSE, NOT EVERYONE HAS THE SAME GOALS THAT ALIGNS WITH FY'S, because holy fuck the world would be so over if every single criminal in existence spiritually aligned with him.

Genuinely, anyone with common sense who ACTUALLY read the novel with base level critical thinking can deduce all of this. This is why I refuse to argue about FY, his philosophy, and his character overall unless you've actually read and comprehended ATLEAST half of RI (vol 1-4). Even Heavenly Court aren't as atrocious as these larpers and pretentious chud critiques whose opinions can't even be considered as proper propaganda, shit is straight up hollow slander and normietards just LOVE eating it up.
