ProCare Therapy just lied to me and try to gaslight me

I have been with them for months now and all they have done for me is call every three weeks to ask if I’m still available and looking for employment. They have not once gotten me an interview. About two weeks ago a recruiter text me saying they manage to set up an “ interview” for me with a school district on the same day then suspiciously an hour later the interview was canceled and the reasoning they gave me was that the SLP who did my observation told the school district that I would be more comfortable working adults. Which I would never say because number one I haven’t got the chance to work with anyone yet because I just got licensed so how would I know who am more comfortable with? Second why would I say that if I specifically ask to observe someone at an elementary school.

So I got in contact with the SLP and she told me not a single person has reached out to her about me. Why would she lie to me? We had a good relationship and we’re both adults so if she felt like I would not work well with children there would be no reason for her not to tell me.

I don’t understand why procare therapy felt the need to set up a fake interview and then try to gaslight me. I just found that extremely bizarre. Not to mention I think this recruiter I was texting with was most likely ai-generated.

Am I having the weirdest luck getting a job in MA

So far about four schools has reach out to me for an interview through email and when I emailed them back about my availability they just completely ghost me. I've been unemployed for about a year now so when a recruiter ghost me it sets me off. Since it happened back to back I needed answers on why this is happening. 3 out of the 4 of them all had the same answer which was that the jobs have not been cleared by HR. Where they scams or am I just the worst luck. People in Massachusetts south shore area is this normal? I applied for all these jobs on school spring.

Trinity’s argument towards KC’s decision was her stating the obvious

Trinity’s exact quote “But you told her you didn’t want to explore anybody because you were scared of how she would react but the moment you get away from her you can actually do your thing?”.

Umm Yeah. If we are going by what we saw & what Sol has been saying, Aniya has made it difficult for KC to explore on the island so when he finally got a chance he took his chance. How does that give sneaky?

I am recently licensed and the only experience I have are my observation hours so I am looking for places that are friendly to entry level slpas. I am willing to work anywhere except home health and also willing to work with/any population but mu observation hours was a t an elementary school so I am little more comfortable w/ early intervention. Schoolspring and google are where I've done majority of my job search and the latter hasn't done much for me. Indeed and ziprecuiter are completely useless.

Which job boards are you using? or if you are using an agency, which?
