Throwing Up/Dry Heaving/Spitting Up
So earlier tonight, I am back at work and I can eat soft foods now.. I had salmon and mashed potatoes(is very very soft and mashable) .. both things that I ate before and everything went down smooth. No issues. Yesterday though, I did have a weird feeling in my tummy from drinking a protein shake my mom got me due to the milk choice I think.. I wanted to get sick then but I didnt. Going to the bathroom helped and I thought today I was in the clear today . I cleared my protein and liquids with ease. Right now as we speak.. I’ve been suffering at work trying to stay focused without being able to keep my food down. I thought it would be easy like it was yesterday but I overestimated and ending up over eating even though it was the same portions from the other day. I took my time (I think) chewing it to mush but I think the salmon itself is making me 🤢. I have different brands at home and the other ones are fine but this one is salty and I should’ve followed my gut to not continue to eat it… anyways.. I think my period is coming as well so I’m not too sure what’s going on right now you guys.. any insight would be helpful. 💓
