I dont remember much i believe something like eurodance or dance, probably early 2000s, there was cute brunette with semi-long, short hair dancing in long boots, I believe boots where also light. I thing there was something with light in title or text, but it may be that green light was dominant as background. I feel her dancing was the main focus of this music video. It wasnt Cascadas etc… GPT cannot help and it bugging me for few hours.
