I have $2500 cad ($3000 if needed) to build a gaming pc prioritizing performance over aesthetics

I am fine going down to 60fps if needed, and prebuilt is not out of the question. As long as it can run minecraft I'm happy. I would prefer if it could handle a higher load (I think that's the term) for playing scrap mechanic or trail makers

I dont know much about building a pc but have someone who can help me assemble it,

I will get the monitor, mouse and keyboard separate from the pc cost
