I haven't gotten any new acne breakouts in almost a year.

But my skin still looks like this .

How do I fix it.

I've been to a derm but everytime he just recommends a moisturizer, isotretinoin tablets and clindamycin phosphate gel even though it has shown no results.

Is there any way to actually fix this or is it just permanent.
