FlexiSpot L-Shaped Desk - Two Legs Won't Fully Retract (Tried Everything)

I'm hoping someone here has run into this before because I'm stumped.

I just finished assembling a new FlexiSpot L-shaped standing desk (purchased through Amazon), and after getting the entire thing together, I realized the legs aren't even.

At the lowest position:

  • One leg is a few inches higher than the other two.
  • Another leg is also slightly higher than it should be.
  • The desk is noticeably lopsided and unusable.

I've already tried every troubleshooting step I could find:

  • Reset/recalibrated the desk multiple times.
  • Tried manually lowering the legs.
  • Unplugged and power cycled everything.
  • Checked that all cables are fully seated.
  • Repeated the calibration process several times.

Nothing changed.

I tried calling FlexiSpot support this morning shortly after they opened. I sat on hold for about 20 minutes before the call was disconnected. When I called back, I got a recording saying no support agents were available, so I ended up sending them an email with photos and videos instead.

Has anyone had this happen before? Was it a bad lifting column, the control box, or something else? Is there anything else I should try before I end up disassembling part of the desk?

I'm honestly really disappointed because the desk itself seems great otherwise, and I was excited to finally get it set up.
