Touch up sheen difference

I recently had an accent wall painted and the contractor touched up the wall afterwards. I’m left with some sheen differences that are noticeable in certain lighting. I’m led to believe these are a result of using a brush to touch up the paint instead of a roller (original application). I’m not handy at all and I destroy anything I touch. I don’t want to make it worse, but if I roll over the brush marks with fresh paint, would that fix it?
