Now Hiring 50+ Autonomous Vehicle Drivers in Austin – $25/hr + Full-Time
Hello! I shared this role about a month ago and got a great response from Reddit, so I’m posting again as we’re still hiring a large number of drivers for Avride.
The position pays $25/hour, with full-time schedules (40 hours/week) available across AM and PM shifts. These are W2 roles through a staffing partner, with weekly paychecks every Friday.
We’re looking for drivers with strong, advanced driving skills and 2–3 years of experience (Uber, Lyft, delivery apps, military, or law enforcement backgrounds preferred). You will be driving our cars (not your own) and will be fully covered by Avride's auto insurance.
After training, you’ll pick up a vehicle daily from our North Austin facility and conduct test driving in the downtown Austin area. You can find detailed shift options in the job posting link.
