Yo straight up — I’m looking for a few people to check out a remote benefits/enrollment rep position.

It’s performance-based, not hourly, but training and mentorship are provided. You meet clients on zoom and present options they requested through work.

If you’re coachable, can talk to people, and want to make more money, it could be worth seeing.

Worst case, you hear it out and you’re back where you’re at now. Best case, it changes your income.

It’s not a “clock in and collect a check” type of position. It fits someone who is coachable, communicates well, and is comfortable talking with people over the phone/Zoom.
The role is focused on helping families review benefits and coverage options. Training and mentorship are provided, but effort and consistency matter a lot.
Could be a good fit for someone who:
Wants to work from home
Is open to sales/client-facing work
Wants growth potential instead of a fixed ceiling
Can stay disciplined without being micromanaged
Not trying to spam the group — just sharing in case someone here is actively looking or knows someone who might be a fit.
