I kept seeing people in r/Longcovidgutdysbiosis and r/GutHealth talk about uploading their gut lab reports into ChatGPT or Claude and ask "what does this mean?" and try to cobble together the results into a cohesive doc + figure out how to do something about them. A $300 lab, a 12-page PDF, and doctor's response of "eat more fiber" wasn't doing the trick.
Test to Table reads the PDF, extracts the markers, and outputs a 6-week phased food protocol with exact gram quantities per flagged marker. Example outputs from a GI-MAP lab look like:
- Elevated Methanobrevibacter smithii: 2 tbsp partially hydrolyzed guar gum daily, lactulose avoidance
- Low Akkermansia muciniphila: 1/4 cup pomegranate arils + green tea polyphenols
- Low Faecalibacterium prausnitzii: 30g resistant starch (cooked-and-cooled potato or rice)
Any uploaded PDF shows flagged markers and provides reasons to let the user sanity-check the extraction. They also get weeks 1-2 of protocol for free...and if they like it, the first 200 people can pay a $29 launch price for the full 6 weeks. No subscription required.
Any and all feedback - good, bad or ugly - is very welcome. testtotable.com
