For a prospective student, how easy is it for undergrads to access equipment for personal projects? My student is an inventor/prototype/maker type and access to equipment for projects is a major deciding factor.
Also, is it possible to double major in Mech E and Aero?
What is the degree of project-based learning in the classes or is it mainly theory-heavy?
How is class-size for early required Physics / Calc courses? Huge lecture hall/ manageable?
Thanks so much!
