Is ACCA worth it these days?
Hello. I'm a BCom graduate. Asking this question in order to know whether it's feasible to pursue this professional certification.
Coaching centres have been doing heavy advertising for ACCA with claims of "foreign jobs" and attractive salaries.
"21ആം വയസ്സിൽ Life set" they say 😅
But how much of it represents the truth? I've been hearing that the ACCA career path has become soo saturated (Supply>Demand) and that ACCA affiliates are getting paid in peanuts (around ₹20k per month).
I also heard that the situation is being exacerbated by the ACCA institute granting so many exemptions for their papers. Because of this, so many fresh BCom graduates are choosing ACCA.
How much of this is actually true? Can you guys chime in with your honest opinions. It might help lots of peeps like me who are seeking guidance 🙏🏻
