Does the hospital ever blacklist any application? Like I've applied hospital ( UPMC and AHN) for many position for the past year ,for experience and money (I'm a allied health student so) the position are like pct, transporter, patient host, housekeeper some position that don't even need an experience. I applied total of 20 and more application at both but they somehow don't even check my resume they rejected me right away for several time so I was wondering like do they just blacklist me from applying like if this person apply again just rejected her. ( or do they think I'm a scammer ?) can you tell me why is it so I can fix it . Please thank you
