I genuinely have no idea what I've done to get banned. I use Claude basically every day for schoolwork. I was genuinely about to purchase Claude Pro because I enjoyed it a lot and got frustrated by the limit.
I only used it for like making summary notes for powerpoints and readings given to me in class, and like i don't know if this is just a coincidence, but like I linked it to my spotify (Didn't take me to an authorisation page or anything) and like 30 seconds later it says I'm banned. i filled out the appeal, and I also filled out this Google doc, basically saying that I have no idea why I got banned. I haven't done anything malicious on Claude, which is really frustrating. Hopefully they look at my appeal and unban me, or at least tell me what they think I did wrong.
Has this happened to anyone else?
