Does anyone have a recommendation for a video of a yoga flow that I can follow during stims?

My searching has failed - I keep finding “fertility yoga” videos that focus on blood flow to the uterus but I’m really just looking for a very gentle flow with absolutely no twists.

I usually alternate yoga and running and I’m absolutely bouncing off the wall with just long walks.
