Just started HRT journey
Just turned 42 this year and started the patch .025 and 100mg of progesterone on Monday. Day 1 I felt like I was on a stimulant after I put the patch on and I haven’t slept more than a few hours both nights. Did anyone else have this experience and then have it go away after a week or two?
