I just read a post about a physician who was subjected to 100k rule in some reedit sub and how he has not been able to find an employer that would file with the fee. With this delay, i am very worried. My application must have been submitted by first week of feb, received in DOS portal in march mid. Do i have any chance of DOS approval or H1b filing process with the delay of HHS recs? Even if i consider fellowship it will take 1/2 month to take back my waiver application and in no time i can find the fellowship this late.

My worst case scenario was going home and applying fellowship but would me applying waiver this time jeopardize my status as intent to stay and make it difficult for visa approval?

How do we stay positive? My lawyer said they know such thing as delay or pause, they have no idea about it and would refrain from commenting on it. There was this vague news about resuming process for doctors despite of ban nation or whatsoever, do you think this is true?

If i don’t get my recs by MAY there is no way i can get DOS approval, as NO DOS approval has been reported so far( keeping this sub as my source of info)
