Resources for WCS specific injuries?

Last night I danced with a beginner who was doing aggressive sugar tucks and sending the arm on 2... I wasn't expecting it so I didn't have my frame tensed at that moment and my arm went back at the shoulder. I felt ok at the time but today am having some soreness. I am kind of wishing I had said something to him, but it didn't hurt in the moment so I didn't want to give unsolicited feedback in class...

Long story short does anyone know of any good websites or videos that give advice for wcs or general dance injury therapy?

Local Jack and Jills

I'm wondering why more communities don't have leveled jack and Jill comps when they do have contests... I don't mean for every level like at an event, but wouldn't it make sense to have a novice level comp and then an intermediate plus comp? I was discouraged by "staff" for a long time after starting dance to enter the local jack and jills, and have even heard some people talking about it on podcasts so that higher-level dancers aren't annoyed if they get paired with you.

Wouldn't it just be better for everyone to have two levels so that everyone can have fun and not feel held back by getting annoyed or annoying someone just for wanting to have fun at dance?

I do understand that some communities aren't large enough, but it seems even those that are don't do this... and it's always the coincidental pairing of whichever of the top five in that community that wins every time.

Smells like gasoline after being towed?

I have a 2019 Yaris which was towed a few days ago. After picking it up from the yard I noticed the interior smells like gasoline. I am wondering if there is an obvious type of damage that occurs from towing that might cause this (I know I can't prove they did anything, I'm just wondering)... or is it just coincidence? Or something else? How much will this cost to fix?

Why are people so passionately split over whether they think she is guilty or not?

Honest question about the Karen Read case.... it seems like people online are so split but they apparently didn't watch the trial. If you disagree with them they resort immediately to anger and name calling. So why is the divide in this case so huge and why are some people so adamant to pin it on her (even though they appear to be strangers across the US and have no actual ties to those involved)?
