Damaged Items
Hi everyone,
I can't seem to find the info online or on the Air Canada site, as most of it speaks about damaged bags. Our bags are fine, but we had some porcelain items in our carry-ons. At the airport, attendants requested that carry-ons be placed in cargo due to the full flight size, so we didn't have much of a choice to keep our items safe.
Upon arrival, 2 of the items had been damaged (we wrapped them in clothes, tissue paper, anything to keep them padded and safe). Just wondering if there is a process for this or if it's kind of a lost cause?
Thanks!
