I’ve been here for 1 month so far and I’m not gonna lie, I’ve been liking the job. But the only thing that bothers me is how people criticize the site and upper role in the MyVoice section. I feel bad just seeing how people are being treated right now and Ngl, I feel like the youngest employee there. I hope someone can tell me about their experience in BWI2

Around 12-2 am, I was picking and then I came to my senses and felt something was off. I’ve noticed my speed was so slow but for some reason, my rate was high. I kept going above the minimum unit scan for each passing hours and realized, this is my maximum flow state, I didn’t need to move like above my current speed. I felt new, until pa came in and told me I was picking around 340 rate. Is this what true flow feels like? I also got fired the next day as I got drug tested
