Ksante Jungle

So I have been playing ksante jungle now and then and every time I play it I have so much fun. The champ is just fun lol. Before people hit me with the “his clear sucks” comments, I clear in 2:50 so 5
secs before scuttle spawns. That’s without using the cheat clear tactics.
He does incredible into a team which is heavy ap or heavy ad. I manage to create so much pressure and force objectives with ease, when people come to contest, I just ult the jungler to kingdom come and one shot them lol. Ksantes only weaknesses are champs like yi and kayn who just out heal your damage and can avoid your all out w with their abilities. True damage champs are also scary unless you go heartsteel somewhere in the build but I rarely go this item.
My actual question is, does anyone else play this in ranked? Do you have any tips or tricks for builds and runes? Or do you think it’s a bad jungle champ. I’m thinking of adding it fully into my jungle champs list so any advice is appreciated.
