Laptop keeps crashing while trying to do basic tasks.

I have a windows 11 version 25H2 dell xps 13 9305 laptop with several issues which may or may not be related to each other. I have an 8GB RAM and 29GB of storage free.

Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz (2.42 GHz)

Graphics card: Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics (128 MB)

First off, it overheats very easily. Having only one website open at once will cause the fans to work at full blast and the laptop to become very hot.

Secondly, I've had a few problems with my mouse and headphones. My mouse will randomly stop working (often after opening a game). If I check my settings, it says the mouse is still connected. This problem occurs whether I am using bluetooth or the wireless receiver usb. Whether my headphones microphone works or not seems totally random. On some days they work for a while, on others they detect very little noise, and sometimes no noise at all.

Finally, in the last few months, the laptop has started completely freezing. At first, it was only while playing online video games. This seemed reasonable as I assumed the laptop was simply struggling to keep up with the graphics. However, now simple websites cause the laptop freeze, forcing me to force shut it down. If i try to turn the laptop on after it has fallen to sleep, the screen sometimes flicks to completely black, leaving only the cursor to be seen (which cannot be moved around). This is most prominent issue.
