hi guys, i have a thermostat for my beardie, ive bought 2 of these and i cant get either of them to work so the heat lamp gets way to high ( up to 48 degrees) can anyone let me know how to get it to work? this one doesnt even make the lamp turn on but also when i try and set it to the correct temperature it doesnt change the temp of the lamp
