ASICS Shoes from Ajio , Damage After 1.5 Week of Wear
The story goes like this -
I ordered the ASICS gel venture 10 from ajio , First issue I saw was the shadow fax delivery guy asked for rescheduling otp when I asked to reschedule ( he took return initiating otp after sending the otp through WhatsApp and I didn’t notice due to the situation I was in the moment on the call ) , he told to take parcel on Monday as early morning orr I would not get the parcel and said if I had to return it I should also contact him . Monday can I took the parcel by hand but I asked him it is puma box ( it cane in puma box 😭😭 I know but I was too excited to argue with ajio about the box and the delivery guy said it is ok and showed after opening in front of me they were ASICS shoe only and the box night have been damaged so ajio put it in this as they are notorious ) . So I took the parcel and wore the shoe and the fit was good and comfy , now after wearing it for 1.5 week i inspected carefully and I saw this damage ( as shown in image ) , probably due to wear but too early I imagine even if my weight is 120 kg and wore it to gym daily . So what to do the ajio is showing this and I am confused how to proceed . Keep wearing it ? Argue with ajio through some way ? Get in touch with ASICS India ? . I don’t even know anymore if these are authentic , got scammed by shadow fax/fox guy I think bcz I got ajio calls and each time I told them I got my parcel . Please help
