It’s officially been four years since my first sit, which was on Nantucket. I had never been. My host kindly paid for my ferry and offered me a vehicle for my four nights there. I have to say that trip opened a whole New World for me. I’ve learned a lot of things since I started. I’ve been able to travel to 11 different states in the US, and 2 out of the country. We’ve done sits as short as 1 night and as long as 6 weeks. What a journey. For me it’s less about the platform and more about the opportunities it’s opened for me. I wish I could do it more often. Waiting on California for the 3rd time this fall! Santa Cruz here I come.
