I have a room for rent in my townhouse in the matthews area right outside of Charlotte. There’s also the option to rent the whole place if needed. I’m at 25m just looking for my roommate bestie haha I’m pretty chill. Love to try restaurants and cook, play sports, look at cars and houses, and enjoy going out on weekends. I’m also down for a chill night in and a fun cooking night. I do prefer to keep things nice and clean so if you do, that would also be wonderful. I’m looking to rent the room for 1050-1100.
