I got a new piercing itch after years of going without one! My piercer recommended this one but I’m not entirely sure what it’s called and looking for new jewelry has been difficult, does anyone know the name of the small one above the two lobes? I thought maybe upper lobe but google suggests that would be the third lobe closer to the industrial

Changed everything from all silver to more gold/mixed metal. Going to get my tragus and hidden helix in the next few weeks, thoughts?
