Hi All!

I am not a citizen of the US but have lived there back in 2023 on a work and travel visa. I have followed all the procedures when filing taxes after I returned home and paid whatever was due. I found that I was due a refund. I have opted to manually apply for it by posting out relevant paperwork but I have not heard back since

As much as I want to brush it off as documents getting lost somewhere along the way I was part of a group of 3 who were all due tax back and none of us heard back. Just wondering if this is unusual… not a massive fan of having to make expensive international calls to get this resolved
