How do you go about when your expert and pros are consistently not doing what they’re suppose to be doing and management just let it slide ex. Staying in the back talking, when asking for help they’re reluctant etc. As a specialist I’ve seen people get promoted and still don’t do anything and I’ve been apart of their huddles so I know what goes down behind the screen. What do y’all do?
