Hey everyone,

Currently having a really hard time at work and my manager is a big micromanager. I also have multiple disabilities and will be taking it further as I believe I’m being treated unfairly.

However the economy is in shambles and I have rent to pay, with no one else to support me. How do you cope getting through the work day? I have hyperactive ADHD so I find it extremely hard to not call things out/speak up.

What are your tips for when you’ve had enough but can’t leave? Thank you
