HELP!! Car still not heating up

hi guys.
525d 2007 M57
I’m genuinely clueless at this point.
Gearbox Heat exchanger replaced. (Febi oem matching)
Thermostat replaced (Mahle)
EGR thermostat replaced (Mahle)

Car still only gets up to 84 degrees maximum and slowing down it takes it down to 81-82.

I need help!!!!

pulley or belt whistle/noise?

Hi guys.
525d M57
Noticed this whirring noise coming from the engine, it sounds like something is starting to come and wear out, I hope you can hear it in the video.
Sounds like a belt whistle or a pulley noise.
It’s scaring me and I’m worried.
any help appreciated
