I’m trying to do the shiny Latios strat where I hard save before going up the elevator thing and I’ve been doing it for 2 days. Am I doing something wrong or am I just unlucky lol

What’s the best/fastest way to complete special scans. I want to shiny hunting the legendaries because I have my 5 star donuts but I can’t make any of their portals to spawn yet.
