Hi I recently bought this old fletcher with a Johnson 60hp on it when I went to buy it starter was sticking but started up okay with a tap on the starter and seemed to be running and idling okay pumping water… when I took it to the water it wouldn’t idle so adjusted the idle screw and started to run a bit rough as seen in the videos then took it for a spin and cut out on me left me stranded I think the starter got stuck up spinning with the flywheel and eventually conked the engine. Any ideas of what could’ve happened
