Can you get kiosk price if you reload at the counter?

I just noticed they recently added the $150 for 1000 credit option, which seems to be a better deal than my membership price, the highest I see in the app is $110 for 800 credits. I was told if you reload at the counter, they can scan your qr code so the purchase counts towards the rewards. Will the counter honor the kiosk price, or just the membership price in the app? I am wondering what is the membership offer for 1000+ credits
