New Mutsumi Hinoura from his Tsuchinone Brand. The storm kurouchi is just like his previous matsuba kurouchi but I had never seen it in white 1 before. This makes the 3rd knife Ive owned from him and its by far the best performer among them. Super thin BTE. Has that nail flex down the entire edge. As stunning as it is the cutting feel surpasses it. Definitely my new fav.
