Masuda 230mm B1D gyuto purchased for $700. I recently reset the patina and sharpened it on a Naniwa pro 2k stone. Only time its been sharpened. Its a beautiful knife that performs extremely well. Selling for $485 shipped.

Selling another banger. This Yoshihide Masuda 230mm B1D gyuto is truly incredible. Its beautiful and a beast of a knife. A heel hieght 58mm. Fit and finish is top notch and with a performance to match. It has a nice patina on it. Never sharpened only stropped. Paid $700 asking $575 shipped.

I know this knife won't be everyone's cup of tea but for what K&S was trying to accomplish with this line I'd say they nailed. The fit and finish are really nice. The nashiji has a nice texture to it. The cutting feel is exceptional especially for the price. I put it to a carrot cutting test against a 210 Hado Kirisame and a Hinoura 210 ktip. It beat the Kirisame and at least tied the Hinoura. If anyone is on the fence about purchasing one I don't think you'd be disappointed.

Received this gem yesterday and couldn't be more pleased with it. Makes the 4th tetsujin ive owned and its definitely my favorite. The Kasumi finish is so eye catching. It came sharp otb and super slicey. No wedging at all on sweet potatoes or carrots. JKS fitted it with a black buffalo horn handle and im digging it. Can't wait to see what the patina is gonna look like.

Selling 2 fantastic knives. Both are stunning but the performance of these are what really stands out. Hatsukokoro Komorebi Bkue 2 Hon-kasumi 210mm gyuto. Has a true edge length of 219mn and a heel hieght of 54mm. The blacksmith for this knife is unknown and that's a shame. Its super thin BTE and cuts damn near the same level as my B1 kagekiyo. Got it this past week from Knives and stones. Have not sharpened it but did use a leather strop on it. All in I paid $434. Asking $375 shipped. It did come lacquered up and I removed it.

Yoshihide Masuda B1D Gyuto. Got this stunning masterpiece in late last week. The craftsmanship is top notch on this. True Sanjo style being thick out the handle with a helluva taper. It feels lighter than I expected though. Has a heel height of 58mm and im loving it. Super thin BTE. Cuts extremely well. Super pleased with this purchase. Nice patina starting to form as well.

New Mutsumi Hinoura from his Tsuchinone Brand. The storm kurouchi is just like his previous matsuba kurouchi but I had never seen it in white 1 before. This makes the 3rd knife Ive owned from him and its by far the best performer among them. Super thin BTE. Has that nail flex down the entire edge. As stunning as it is the cutting feel surpasses it. Definitely my new fav.
