Team Suggestions

I’m newer to ladder and need some team suggestions. I’m currently on team define, but am wanting something with more strength and less core. I am not new to lifting and have access to dumbbells, some machines, barbells and bands! I want to build more strength and tone out at the same time. I don’t mind adding in some conditioning to get my heart rate up but don’t want to run. Usually have 45 minutes to workout and train 4-5 days a week.

I was looking at evolve but see Sam uses the leg press machine a lot which I don’t have. Was also looking at iconic and transform.

Any suggestions are welcome!!
