Summer 2026 recs for a large SUV EV?

We currently have a 2013 Toyota Sienna and 2022 Volvo XC40 recharge. We are considering either buying or leasing one or two cars, depending if we get rid of one or both of the above (we also have a new driver just getting her license later this year and not quite ready to get her her own car, but she will be driving. OK...that all said. I want the next purchase to be an EV SUV, preferably a 6/7 seater with captain's chairs in the second row to make the third row accessible. We have two teens and two big dogs and we roll heavy, ferrying around other kids and stuff. We are mostly city and suburb drivers (Washington, DC), with the occasional long trip and skiing in the winters. I'd love AWD bc the Sienna was harrowing during snowstorms this year.

I am considering Ionic9, Kia9, Rivian R1S (though I know they only have the second seat as a bench). My Volvoxc40's software is so glitchy, it's turned me off buying another volvo, but maybe it's improved? I don't think I can justify paying for a lucid, cadillac or other luxury cars, but maybe if they are used? Are they worth the extra cost? Appreciate any recs, as well as thoughts to buy a slightly used EV and whether to buy or lease. Many thanks!
