Lloyds premier switch bonus - Lloyds blocked spending before requirement met
I am close to the £200 spent and of course, Lloyds blocked my card and said I have to go in branch to resolve. Called them and passed all security yet they want me in branch
Obviously this happens when abroad with no chance of being back in time to resolve
Has anyone else faced a situation like this where the deadline to meet a switch offer is blocked due to Lloyds blocking the person from spending to meet a requirement?
When I spoke to them via chat it appears one of them made a mistake and said they confirm I'm eligible for the bonus saying I met all requirements (at that time I didn't spent £200 but £100 however) so not sure if this mistake will overrule their attempt to say I'm ineligible
